The “BillyWok” Table:  Inspired by Vietnam Vet come Cowboy Cook, Billy Sasso. This table’s centerpiece is a retired implement disc that would normally serve up some side dishes to complement Billy’s Red Oak BBQ style of cooking. Now, with the help of some Texas Longhorns, it serves up whatever the owner fancies.
